I’m Ben Lechter and I have a passion for fitness, travel, & creating content. My career as an online personal trainer & content creator is an attempt to marry those three whilst helping people realize their full potential and build their dream physiques.

But it didn't always come easy to me...You see, I struggled for years lifting hard and trying diets without seeing the results I wanted.

My physique was developed through understanding and implementing certain correct habits that optimized my hormones.

How fast will I see results?

Our clients consistently see results on just the second week of the program. It’s so awesome. That said, the real physical changes happen around the 4-week mark.
